Revoke Customer Portal Access

After a lease is ended, the customer will still be able to sign in to their customer portal account. This allows them to access their signed agreement, payment history, and receipts in the future if needed.

Revoking portal access after a lease ends

If you do not want a customer to continue to have access to their portal account after the lease ends, revoke portal access when you end the lease.

  1. End the lease under Actions > End Lease.
  2. After the lease has ended, Select "Revoke Online Account Access"

Note: Use the lease end process and portal access settings together if you want to prevent former customers from logging in after move-out.
