Unit Trac uses your business's preferred rental agreement to create your eSignature Lease. No need to print, scan and upload and you'll never have to look at messy handwriting again.
When starting a new lease for a customer - choose eSignature Lease. Simply enter the customer name and email address, then finish the lease starting process. Once you 'finish' the lease, an email will be sent to the customer to allow them to review the details, complete any missing information, and electronically sign before making the initial payment.
If using online rentals, customers will be able to start their own lease right from your website.
