Q: How does a customer sign the rental agreement without an email address?
A: If your customer doesn't have an email - that's okay! If you have the eLease enabled - Unit Trac can help you fill in the info and then you can print the agreement for the customer to sign. 

1. Go to Leases > Start a Lease and select "Start Standard Lease."
2. After starting the lease, please go to the customer's "Lease" tab and click "Print Agreement."  From there, the fields will be filled in and you can have the customer sign a hardcopy.  
3. If you prefer to have an electronic copy, scan the signed hardcopy of the rental agreement and upload it to the customer's "Documents" tab.
