Can I cancel or resend a lease for eSignature?

Depending on your needs, you can retract or resend a lease for eSignature to a customer. Go to Leases > eSignature and in the 'Leases Awaiting e-Signature' section you will see several options.

When to cancel an eSignature lease:

- Need to edit the details of the lease (i.e. change the unit number or pricing)
- Customer no longer needs the unit 

If you choose to cancel an eLease and need to edit the details, you will need to start a lease new. Go to Leases > Start a Lease and select 'Existing Customer.' You will find the customer information under the 'Inactive Customer' category if the customer does not have an existing lease. Proceed as you would normally to send a lease for e-Signature.

When to resend an eSignature lease: 

- Customer has lost the original email
- Friendly reminder that you have not received the signed eSignature lease

You will also notice that when a lease is out for eSignature that your site map will reflect the 'eSignature' status in blue.
