Sort Units In Alphanumeric Order

You can adjust your unit numbering so the list displays in alphanumeric order, such as A1, A2, A3.

How to fix the display order

If units with a letter and a single digit are not sorting the way you want, add a leading zero to those unit numbers. For example:

  • A1 becomes A01
  • A2 becomes A02
  • A3 becomes A03

This helps the unit list sort correctly in alphanumeric order.

Review the updated list

After making the numbering change, check the unit list to confirm it now appears in the order you want.
